Republic, Missouri School District.  A special-ed middle school girl accused a boy of raping her.  The school not only didn't report it, they made her write a letter of apology to him.  Then when he raped her again in the school library, and she got physical evidence of it, they argued they weren't responsible because she failed to protect herself and demanded that she pay their legal fees!  School superintendent Vern Minor, principal Patricia Mithelavage, counselor Joni Ragan and school resource officer Robert Duncan are all shameful human beings.  They should be stripped of their jobs and forced to register as sex offenders.  Can read more about it here.
